How an order works
We bring a tasting box to your place of business in Warsaw.
Choose the box, the selection and the branding. We send a visual for approval.
You approve the quote and pay the deposit. Production begins in Dubai.
Your boxes arrive at your door within 7 to 14 days of placing the order.
Bespoke boxes are made to order and flown in from Dubai, so place them early. Order by 15 November for delivery before the holidays.

Made in the UAE by our production partner, with a full ingredient list and Polish label on every box.

Pistachio, hazelnut and almond, roasted for the fillings.
Soft dates from the Gulf region.
Every box carries a Polish label with the full ingredient list and allergens, in line with EU Regulation 1169/2011.
Keep in a cool, dry place at 15–18 °C, away from sunlight and strong smells. Do not refrigerate.
Chocolates: best before 12 months from production. Filled dates: 3 to 6 months, stored at 15–18 °C in low humidity. The date is printed on each box.

Payment
A deposit of 50% confirms your order and starts production. The balance is due before dispatch. Invoices with VAT.
Lead times
Standard boxes: 7 days. Every order arrives at your door within 7 to 14 days of placing it.
Delivery
Hand delivery in Warsaw. Temperature-protected courier across Poland. Delivery costs on request.

Poland met "Dubai chocolate" as a viral bar. We bring the real thing: quality over trend.
Layali was founded by Ms. Rita Waczkowska after she introduced chocolates from a respected Dubai atelier to guests in Warsaw. The response was immediate and showed a clear gap in the Polish market for authentic, handcrafted confectionery from the Gulf.
Layali is a family-owned company. Ms. Waczkowska leads the brand and our partnership with the producer in Dubai, dividing her time between the UAE and Poland. Her mother, our co-founder in Warsaw, personally hosts every client tasting, so each partner is looked after by the founders from the first meeting onward.
Our boxes are made by our partner's own factory in the UAE and flown to Poland, so what you give tastes exactly like it does in Dubai.

Terms of sale for business customers.
Layali is operated by Rita Waczkowska, Warsaw, Poland. Full company details appear on every order confirmation and invoice.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the court competent for our registered office.
